"Easy-Exit" Buyer Agency Agreement:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with Marion's performance, you may cancel your buyer agency agreement with 24-hour written notice, and both parties will move on. This opion is available as part of Marion's "You are in control" policy.
Multiple Communication Tools:

If Marion is not in when you call, she ALWAYS returns calls within 24 hours.
