
If you purchase the home of your choice through Marion Morton and find within 6 months of the closing date that you cannot stand to live in that house, then Marion Morton will find you a new home and refund her commission on that purchase, if you enter into a new Buyer Agency Agreement with her and purchase another home in Pinehurst or elsewhere in Moore County, N.C. within one year of closing on the first house purchase. This reimbursement will be paid at closing of the new house purchase.

If you purchase a new house in Moore County that is listed with a local database member company within six months of the date of the new Buyer Agency Agreement for at least the price of the first house you bought, Marion Morton will reimburse you the commission she received for the first transaction at the closing of the second purchase.
